We want you to feel confident shopping with us! Please review the following policies so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

Processing Time: All items are made to order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.
Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment.

We’re happy to accept requests for custom color combinations or slight modifications when possible.

To request a custom item, please message us before placing your order.

Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Items are 3D printed and may have visible layer lines or slight cosmetic variations — this is normal.
Products may contain small parts or hinges — please keep away from small children and pets.
Cables, dice, and other props shown in photos are not included unless explicitly stated.
